A walk through the 'hood ... well more like a local explore
We have had the most incredible weather this week and the fact we don't have repairs or rescues to undertake at the trullo makes it particularly joyful. So, I thought I'd take you for an amble: first to the local caseificio where they make fresh cheeses, from primo salato to the most divine mozzarelle and caciocavallo every day. Then, on to our current favourite beach - Archeolido - and the remains of the Messapican walls and tombs for a quick swim. Then, it's off to Ostuni for morning coffee and an amble.
Enjoy! (And start planning a visit!)
